Instructions:

1. All samples need to be 'double-bagged' and well sealed in heavy-duty zip-locked bags (or similar). Additional charges will apply (prior to releasing the report) for inadequately sealed samples or oversized samples.
2. Samples should be larger than about a 20c piece but smaller than 10cm x 10cm / 200g.
3. Make sure you clearly label the sample with both the tracking number and your name.

Details

1. Our lab's NATA accreditation number is 18542​
2. Additional charges will apply (prior to releasing the report) for inadequately sealed samples or oversized samples.
3. The turnaround time starts when the samples are received at the lab.
4. Once your payment is completed, you will be emailed an invoice and a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of the analysis.
